The creamer and sugar are made using a potter's wheel. Each piece is small enough to fit easily into the hand. The creamer and sugar bowl nestle into a podlike tray that is formed out of a slab of porcelain which is shaped over a hump mold and then further shaped by hand. A smooth white matt glaze is used on the exterior and a sunny yellow on the interior.
These pieces are very practical for serving and can be put into the dishwasher.
