The house is a 2600 square foot Mid Century Modern design built in the 1960's, 4 bed, 2/12 bath, located in Farmington Hills,Michigan, outside Detroit. The subdivision has easy access to major expressways.

The studio is a beautiful, architect designed 800 square foot space with a vaulted ceiling, skylights and a walk out into the back yard. It was designed to be easily adapted to other uses, including living space. It is not a separate space but is a wing that was added to the main level and  includes a half bath and laundry room. Total living space  of the home, including the studio, is 3400 square feet.Click on the  tabs above for images of the main  level. Images of the rest of the house and studio will be added soon.
